Casting
Aluminium Casting is a simple, inexpensive and versatile way of forming Aluminium into a wide array of products.
Most castings, especially large aluminum products, are usually made in sand moulds. There are three important process/methods for casting aluminium which are Die casting, Permanent mold casting and Sand casting. We are leading a Aluminium Casting in India & Aluminium exporters in India of Aluminium Casting which are available in both standard specifications and customised specifications, built as per the specifications given by the client. We export and supplies in several countries.
Gravity Die Casting
We are An ISO 9001: 2015 certified Company manufactures and Supplier of Aluminium Gravity die castings At D B Smelting we are able to produce quality aluminium gravity die castings for a wide range of industries. Castings ranging from 3 gm ~140 Kgs of Aluminium alloy can be cast
We process Aluminium graded raw material like LM -6, LM-9, LM-25, ADC-10, ADC -12, lead and Zinc Alloys. Gravity die casting allows us to create high quality parts and components to even the most exacting customer specifications. At D B Smelting we produce aluminium gravity die castings for OEM and tier 1 companies. Aluminum gravity die casting is better and faster than the sand casting of aluminum.
The GDC process has several advantages. The process is suitable for mass production with better reproduction; dimensional accuracy and surface finish than conventional sand castings.
Sand Casting
Sand Casting is old traditional method of casting which is another good alternative for gravity die casting.At D B Smelting we have this traditional method of casting for small batches and prototype samples before moving to gravity die casting process.
Machining
We offer a complete solution for our customer, as inhouse machining facility caters the needs of machining requirements for different machining versions. The precise machining offers benefits to achieve the close Geometrical dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T). Our facility hosts the best-in-class machines with pool of, VMC and Turning centres. The maximum range of the parts that can be machined is 1.5 meter in length.
