At DB Smelting we have In house facility of shot blasting. Shots size vary from – 0.3mm to 1 mm. Shot Blasting can be described as an effective method of treating surfaces that utilizes high-speed steel abrasives. Shot blasting is a method by which you can achieve excellent cleaning and surface preparation in secondary finishing processes. Shot blasting is often employed for: * The removal of iron, steel non-cast parts, forgings and more.



Powder Coating
We also Provide Powder coating Service as per requirement from our customer which enhances the product feature
Powder coating is a dry process for finishing caused with an electricity charge which causes dry powder to bind to the metal’s surface. It is then baked in an oven for curing to create an even coating. It is used to produce a tough finish that is more durable than standard paint.
Painting
DB Smelting also has a specially-designed facility for painting casted items. The painting process we use is semi-automatic and highly sophisticated and complies with international standards and various environmental regulations. We also have an internal testing unit within our facility, which tests the quality of surfaces that are painted. This lets us decrease the dependence on external parties and ensure our final products will meet the requirements of all customers.
